RAVE to the young couple who spent five to 10 minutes helping my brother and me find his rental car at the Costco on Fourth Avenue in Seattle. I hope they felt as good giving as we did receiving the help.
RANT to those who put garbage in their recycling bins. Thanks to you, responsible recyclers like me have to pay their disposal company a fee to remove these items from the recycling instead of receiving a credit.
RAVE to the West Precinct for coming to the rescue of two 80-year-olds calling about their towed or stolen car. Two young officers knew what to do. One checked for towing records, then for broken glass and camera views while the other cruised nearby and found the car. Raves for these officers’ kind help to seniors whose memories lapsed about where they’d actually parked!
