Sobhita Dhulipala makes a shimmery statement at Cannes

This year, Sobhita Dhulipala is attending the 77th Cannes Film Festival as a representative of a leading ice cream brand. And, after former Miss World and Indian film actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made her annual appearance at Festival de Cannes, Sobhita was quick to follow as she stunned in a shimmery outfit for a brand event at Cannes. The stunner attended a party hosted by Magnum, alongside renowned figures such as Troye Sivan and Mura Masa on Wednesday.
For the party, Sobhita flaunted the Cordelia jumpsuit in purple hue by ace designer Namrata Joshipura. The outfit in question is made in India and costs INR 1,80,000. Interestingly, it was earlier worn by actress Athiya Shetty.

“Taking my journey with Magnum a notch higher with the Cannes Film Festival is both exciting and symbolic of my relationship with the brand, where we progress alongside creating colourful memories,” she said in a statement to a leading website.
“This experience will allow me to create these moments of pleasure as this association is a perfect blend of fashion, film and flavour,” added Dhulipala.
In 2016, Dhulipala made an appearance at the film festival to promote her film, Raman Raghav 2.0.

The curtains rose on the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday evening, marking the debut of Quentin Dupieux's "Le Deuxième Acte" (The Second Act), featuring a stellar cast including Lea Seydoux, Vincent Lindon, Louis Garrel, and Raphael Quenard. Amidst the grandeur of the opening ceremony, the esteemed Meryl Streep was bestowed with the honorary Palme d'Or. This year's 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will conclude its festivities on May 25th.
