Lamar Jackson is already seemingly impossible to catch in the open field for defensive players.

And now he's significantly lighter than he used to be not long ago.

"I was 230 [pounds] two years ago," the Baltimore Ravens quarterback said during an "I Got Time Today" segment from Complex Sports on Instagram on Tuesday (h/t Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk). "I was 215 last season, but now I'm like 205."

Jackson is listed at 215 pounds on the Ravens' website.

The Louisville product won the second MVP of his career last season by completing 67.2 percent of his passes for 3,678 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions while adding 821 yards and five scores on the ground as a runner.

He also ran for more than 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons in 2019 and 2020.

Basically, best of luck to NFL defenders trying to catch him at a lighter weight in 2024.
