  1. From what I have read about market sales in PC and Mac’s. I think Apple did see a subdued gain in market share compared to Windows PC sales. Sure, I think many Intel Mac users upgraded to Apple silicon Mac’s. But much less so attracting converts from Windows PC’s. If your using Windows and Windows based software, with decent Intel or AMD CPU’s and dedicated graphics. You’re not just moving to Mac’s for the Apple silicon. I like to add I use both Mac’s and PC’s and wouldn’t say Apple has changed my perception of Mac’s by moving to its own chips.
