The Stranger Things actor first debuted her new vanilla almond butter blonde hair and bangs to the masses during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that aired on May 13. Brown looked incredibly cool in a head-to-toe purple ensemble by Raisa Vanessa, featuring a shimmery off-the-shoulder top with feathered trim and a pair of skin-tight, high-waist pants. She finished off the look with a pair of black platform pumps.
Her makeup was just as glam as her outfit. Brown wore a pink lip, black winged liner, and a bronze contour. However, she kept her hairstyle more low-key, with her blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail and her bangs parted down the middle and swept off her forehead.
And on May 14, Brown let her long blonde hair down for the premiere of Stranger Things season 4. She attended the event in Brooklyn with the rest of the cast and wore a custom white Louis Vuitton dress with a bustier-style top, thigh-high slit, and sheer black detailing over one shoulder. She wore her hair down with casual, beachy waves and let her bangs fall naturally in front.
Brown was joined on the carpet by the rest of her castmates and she also posed with her boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi.
Brown wasn't the only Stranger Things star to debut a new hair look — or to hop on the feather trend. Natalia Dyer, who was pictured in December 2021 with chocolatey brunette hair and bangs, hit the carpet in a feathered black Saint Laurent dress. Her hair, now significantly darker, was just past her shoulders in loose waves with lightly curled baby bangs.
