Gujarat Board Results 2022: GSEB to not release SSC & HSC General results today, check details here

GSEB SSC & HSC Result 2022: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB), Gandhinagar through a notification informed the state students that the Board is not going to release the results for SSC and HSC General results on May 17, 2022.
According to a fake circular which was being circulated on the social media platforms that the GSEB will release the SSC Class 10 Result 2022 and GSEB HSC Class 12 General Stream results on Tuesday, i.e., on May 17, 2022 and the students will be able to see their results on the board’s official website starting from 8 am.
“The Board has not announced the date of result declaration for Class 10th and Class 12th (General Stream) yet. Therefore, the press release issued on behalf of the Board about result date is fake. The students, parents and school principals should take note that the results of SSC and HSC general stream will not be published on May 17, 2022," stated the official notice.
Dinesh Patel, secretary of GSHSEB said that some miscreants had modified the board’s official press statement announcing the Class 12th science results date. “When it came to our notice that a fake letter was being circulated on social media, we investigated it and found that the letter was fake. We have issued an official statement clarifying that it is a fake letter. We have also filed a complaint with the cyber crime police department,” Patel told TOI.
Later on Monday, the GSHSEB filed a police complaint.
On May 12, during the press meet of Class 12 science results, the state education minister Jitu Vaghani had announced that Class 10 (standard maths and basic maths) and Class 12 general stream results will be announced in the first week of June. The minister had said that the results are being prepared at present and the process will be completed soon. Around 9.5 lakh students of Class 10 and 5.5 lakh students of Class 12 general stream had appeared in the exams this year.
Gujarat Board conducted the GSEB SSC 2022 examination from March 28, 2022 to April 9, 2022 while the HSC Exams were conducted from March 28, 2022 to April 12, 2022.
The Gujarat Board announced the GSEB HSC Results for the Class 12 Science Stream along with the GUJCET 2022 Result on May 12, 2022 at 10 AM.
