A 50-year-old man was shot and killed in broad daylight in Stockton on Friday morning, police said.
Officers responded at 10:07 a.m. to the 5400 block of Cosumnes Drive on reports of a person shot.
The man was located with at least one gunshot wound and died at the scene according to police.
Police said an arrest has not been made.
