Kim Kardashian has revealed the sweet birthday gift she gives to her kids every time they get a year older, and it's actually incredibly cute.
The Kardashians star recently appeared on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, where she touched on how she marks her four children with Kanye West's birthdays. The previous couple share four children - North West, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4.
And while you might assume the famous kids get showered in material items and toes (and they probably do too), Kim says she also writes them a four or five-page letter chronicling the significant milestones of their year.
"It's so fun to see from the first year now," the 42-year-old said. "One of 'em is almost ten years old. And I know that they'll appreciate this. [The letters include] who their friends are, silly words they're saying, their favorite foods, all the silly things they do and a little journey of what the year is like."
Kim added: "I know that they'll appreciate everything, even if they might have thought I was being a little harsh on them. I know that they'll get it because I got it with my mum. I know they'll get it with me."
So sweet. Kim also touched on the "mom guilt" she feels, which sometimes leaves her crying herself to sleep. "Mom guilt is probably the hardest thing. You feel like the worst mom if something's going on and you can't fix it, you have no idea how to change it, your kids are fighting, whatever it is.
"My friends and I will text each other and be like in tears, literally locking ourselves in the room away from a kid having a tantrum when that's not what you should do. You should go and lean into them, but sometimes it's so overwhelming."
