It seems like every day, we hear about another price increase, whether it's for high-priced subscriptions, ad-supported streaming services, or rising ticket prices for events. The latest price hike is for ESPN+, the popular sports streaming platform owned by Disney.

Starting on October 12, the price of an ESPN+ monthly plan will increase from $9.99 to $10.99, and the annual plan will increase from $99.99 to $109.99. This increase will also affect Disney Bundle plans, which include ESPN+, Hulu, and Disney+. The Basic and Premium Bundle plans will increase from $12.99 and $19.99 to $14.99 and $24.99, respectively.

However, there is a small window of opportunity for current and new subscribers to save money on ESPN+ before the price hike takes effect. If you sign up for (or upgrade to) an annual subscription before October 12, you can lock in the current lower price for a full year.

This stealthy strategy can save you $10 over the new annual plan and $30 over the increased monthly rate.
