Victoria Nguyen and
Leanne Wong earned their third consecutive All-SEC honors and
Anya Pilgrim is part of the SEC All-Freshman team. The trio earned league recognition based on their performances in the March 23 SEC Championship meet in New Orleans, La.
All-SEC Criteria: Top two event scores (including ties) in each session of the SEC Championships make up the All-SEC team. The freshmen with the top event score (including ties) in each SEC Championships' session fills out the SEC All-Freshman team.
All-SEC Gators:
Victoria Nguyen – Senior
- Qualified for 2023 All-SEC honors by sharing third on uneven bars with mark of 9.925
- 9.925 is season best. Set collegiate bars best of 9.95 in 2023 SEC Championship meet
- Third consecutive All-SEC honor (2023 and 2022 as a Georgia sophomore)
Leanne Wong – Junior
- Qualified for 2023 All-SEC honors by sharing third on uneven bars with mark of 9.925
- Ninth bars mark of 9.9 or better this season, including seventh straight score of 9.90 or better
- Third consecutive All-SEC honor
SEC All-Freshman Gator:
Anya Pilgrim
- Shared top freshman mark for vault (9.90) to tie for fourth on event at SEC Championship meet
- Top freshman all-arounder (39.50) in SEC Championship meet evening session, tying for eighth overall
