Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, Paul George, Jaylen Brown and others are rounding into playoff form with the postseason approaching.

At least in the virtual world.

NBA 2K24 dropped its latest edition of player ratings updates on Thursday, and Davis headlined the list with a one-point boost to 95 overall. He was joined by stars such as Irving (plus-one to 91), Domantas Sabonis (plus-one to 91), Brown (plus-one to 90), George (plus-one to 90) and Zion Williamson (plus-one to 89).

The full ratings updates can be found on the game's official website.

The boosts for Davis and Irving come as their two teams are fighting for playoff positioning in the Western Conference.

Davis' Los Angeles Lakers have won five in a row and are in ninth place in the West. Irving's Dallas Mavericks are holding onto the No. 6 seed, which is important because that is the final seed to avoid the play-in tournament.

Dallas is a half-game ahead of the Phoenix Suns, one game ahead of Sabonis' Sacramento Kings and 2.5 games ahead of the Lakers.

If Davis, who has dropped four consecutive double-doubles, and the Lakers keep playing at such a high level, though, they could make one last push in these final regular-season games to avoid the play-in tournament.
