You can also use a grill pan for roasting paneer. After this, put the onion and capsicum one by one in the same pan from both sides and roast them lightly. You also have to lightly roast the cabbage leaves by adding chilli flakes and pizza seasoning. In this way, the stuffing of your burger is ready, you just have to do the last step. For assembling the burger, take roasted cabbage leaves and apply mayonnaise in it. Next, put a cheese slice in it, and also put onion and capsicum on it.
