Who says top NFL prospects can't eat some sweets at times.

Jayden Daniels, who is expected to be one of the first players off the board during Thursday's NFL draft, filmed a video with GQ Sports and explained his diet. He listed an omelet and hash browns as his breakfast of choice, salmon over rice as his lunch of choice, and spaghetti and meatballs as his dinner of choice.

Of note, he also said his preferred cheat snack is Honey Buns.

"I eat multiple in a day, I don't know if that's good or bad but it works out for me," Daniels said.

He also said he will sometimes treat himself to a dessert of cookies and ice cream and looks toward fast food for a cheat meal.

"I could get away with a lot of cheat meals because of how I'm built, but I really just like eating fast food," Daniels said. "So kind of Popeye's chicken."

It's hard to argue with the results, as he won the 2023 Heisman Trophy at LSU by completing 72.2 percent of his passes for 3,812 yards, 40 touchdowns and four interceptions while adding 1,134 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground as a runner.

It wouldn't be a surprise to see him go No. 2 overall to the Washington Commanders or No. 3 overall to the New England Patriots in Thursday's draft.

And now his next team will know exactly what he likes to eat.
