TS Inter Results 2024: Supplementary exam registration begins; check re-counting, re-evaluation process, fee, and more

TS Inter students unhappy with their marks can apply for re-evaluation or re-counting of marks until May 2nd. The process is online at https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in/. Re-counting costs Rs 100 per paper, while re-evaluation with a scanned copy is Rs 600 per paper. The IPE Supplementary exam for those who failed the March exams will be held between May 24th and June 1st, 2024. This is a chance to improve their scores and qualify for the next grade.

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has opened the application window for re-evaluation of answer sheets, re-counting of marks, and the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examination (IPEASE) for May 2024. This comes after the announcement of the TS Inter 1st and 2nd-year results on April 24th.
Students who are not satisfied with their marks or wish to improve their scores can now apply for these options through the official TSBIE website, https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in/.
The application window will be open until May 2nd, 2024.
Re-evaluation and Re-counting
• Re-counting: Students who believe there might be an error in the totaling of their marks can opt for re-counting. The fee for this process is Rs 100 per paper.
• Re-evaluation (Scanned Copy cum Re-verification): This option allows students to request a scanned copy of their answer sheet along with a re-evaluation. This can be helpful for verifying the marking and understanding any potential discrepancies. The fee for this service is Rs 600 per paper.
Important points to remember
• Applications can only be submitted online through the official TSBIE website.
• The online service will be closed after the deadline, and no extensions or manual submissions will be accepted.

• The fees paid for re-counting or re-evaluation are non-refundable.
• While applying, students must carefully select the subject(s) they want re-evaluated or re-counted and provide their complete contact details, including email and phone number.

TSBIE strictly warns against
• Applying for re-evaluation/re-counting of answer booklets belonging to other candidates. Obtaining someone else's scanned copy is considered an offense.
Supplementary Exam (IPEASE May 2024)
Students who failed the IPE March exam can register for the upcoming supplementary exam. This is a second chance to qualify for the next grade level. The IPE Supplementary exam for both 1st and 2nd-year students will be held from May 24th to June 1st, 2024. The detailed date sheet for the exam has already been released by the board.

This year, the overall pass percentage for Class 12 was 64.19%, while Class 11 saw a pass percentage of 60.01%. A total of 4,78,723 students appeared for the IPE 1st year exam, with 2,87,261 qualifying. In the IPE 2nd year, 5,02,280 candidates appeared, and 3,22,432 passed.
