Bachelor Nation couple Nick Viall and Natalie Joy got married in a gorgeous Georgia ceremony last weekend, and documented the entire thing on Instagram—including heading out on their honeymoon with their baby daughter River:

But apparently, their trip to Turks and Caicos was unexpectedly cut short due to a travel "nightmare."

"The agent stamps the passport, we don't know whose passport at this point, stamps the passport is about to hand it back, and then looks at it and goes, 'There's a page torn here,'" Nick explained on his podcast, The Viall Files.

Turns out, the passport with the torn page was Natalie's, and she explained, "I've used this passport, I've never had an issue. I have no idea what's wrong. This was really, I feel like, a moment where Nick and I got to, not only, I mean...we had River in our arms, we had to hold it together for our daughter, but also it really challenged us as husband and wife, it was the first thing to conquer as husband and wife."

Due to the torn page, the customs person told Nick and Natalie they had to go back to the United States. Natalie said she started crying, and Nick recalled, "I'm telling myself, you're two days on the fucking job, time to be a husband. It's your time to step up. You stay calm. Everything's going to be fine...In this moment, it felt like a nightmare. I'm like, 'This is not happening.'"

Fortunately, they got their hotel fully refunded, and Nick noted, "It was so chaotic, but I got so many opportunities to call Natalie my wife. And that was great."

He also said they're working to rebook their trip: "We want it to be a honeymoon. We didn't want it to be another trip. So, we're hoping to try to do that. We're still figuring things out. Like we literally just got back last night and we're sitting here with you all right now. So we'd definitely like to have a honeymoon. We don't really have anything planned, and we don't know where to go yet."
