Sounds like Nick Viall listened to Maria Georgas's recent episode of Call Her Daddy because he seems to be...less than thrilled with the allegations that he conspired to make her a “villain” on The Bachelor amid her feud with Sydney Gordon.

“She said what was true: that we were friends and that friendship was mostly me giving her relationship advice,” the reality star explained on The Viall Files, adding that he did once say she'd make a good villain on the show. “Long ago I did tell Maria—because Maria used to always ask me to get her on the show, and I did tell her that I could see her being the villain. And somehow that turned into Maria thinking that in my zero free time and not knowing that she was on the show, that somehow I made it my mission to.”

Nick also noted that Maria wasn't a “villain” on the show while his wife Natalie Joy said, “It’s just giving delusional, honestly, at the end of the day.”

In case you missed Maria's comments on Call Her Daddy, the Bachelor alum said, “I remember someone sent me a photo of Nick and Sydney together. They were all friends because Sydney’s friends with Ashley [Iaconetti], Nick’s close with Ashley, and Ashley’s close with Sydney. They were all in a photo together...Part of me was like, Was this all planned? Because I knew I was innocent. I knew I was innocent, hand to God. So, when this all started happening, and then imagine dealing with that in the house and then coming out and seeing that she’s friends with Nick, I was like, there’s something conspiring here.”

FYI, Ashley Iaconetti also responded to this theory, saying on her Almost Famous podcast that she “didn’t even know who Maria was” before Joey Graziadei’s Bachelor season.

Well! Then!!!
