RAVE to the kindhearted worker at the North Transfer Station. When I unloaded a car full of recycling material into one of the huge dumpsters, I also inadvertently threw away a bag containing my wallet and keys to six properties. An hour later, I realized my blunder and returned hoping to find them. This highly competent employee of Seattle Public Utilities calmly led the search and before too long, I had my keys and wallet back. I offered them a tip as thanks and they graciously declined, saying it was enough that they had made me happy. What a great representative for Seattle!

RANT to the airline that presents itself as budget airfare and then charges you for a seat choice, a bag, whether checked or carried-on, checking in with an actual agent rather than at a kiosk and the list goes on.
