NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education has begun the online application process for verification of marks, photocopy of answer books and re-evaluation for CBSE Class 10, 12 exam 2024. The Board announced the CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2024 on May 13.

From May 17 to May 21, Class 12 students can apply for marks verification. For Class 10 students, the marks verification window will be open from May 20 to May 24.
A fee of Rs 500 per subject is required to avail these services.
"Candidates applying for verification of marks will only be eligible to apply for obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer book. Candidates who have applied and obtained photocopy of answerbook will only be eligible to apply for re-evaluation," reads the official website.
Students who believe that their marks do not accurately reflect their performance can apply for revaluation.

How to apply for CBSE Class 10, 12 Revaluation 2024?


Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the 'VERIFICATION PROCESS' section.
Step 3: A new window will open and the application form will appear. Now fill in the required details.
Step 4: Complete the form as per the provided instructions.
Step 5: Click on 'Submit' and pay the application fee.

Step 6: Download the confirmation page for future reference.

Application Process

Apply for Verification of Marks: This is the initial step where the marks awarded are verified to ensure that there were no errors in totaling.
Step 2
Obtain Photocopies of Evaluated Answer Sheets: After verification, students can request photocopies of their evaluated answer sheets if they want to inspect them before applying for revaluation.
Step 3
Apply for Revaluation: After obtaining and reviewing the photocopies, if students still find discrepancies or have specific concerns about the marking of certain answers, they can apply for revaluation of those particular answers.
Additionally, CBSE has announced the schedule for the Class 12 and Class 10 supplementary exams. According to the official statement, the supplementary examinations for both classes will begin on July 15, 2024.
