Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk weighed in at 262 and 233.5 pounds respectively ahead of their fight Saturday.

That's noticeably slimmer than Fury was for his last bout. He tipped the scales at 277.7 pounds ahead of his victory over MMA star Francis Ngannou.

The buildup to the highly anticipated clash has seen plenty of fireworks already.

Fury and Usyk had to be separated on the stage after briefly standing face to face.

Earlier in the week, Fury's father, John, was left bloodied after he headbutted a member of Usyk's camp.

This has the potential to be a legacy-defining event for both fighters.

Fury is unbeaten with 34 wins and 24 knockouts in 35 appearances, and he holds the WBC heavyweight champion. Usyk is the IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight champion with a perfect 21-0 record and 14 knockouts.

ESPN's Mark Kriegel noted the heavyweight division hasn't had an undisputed champion since April 2000. He also argued that Fury and Usyk are "bigger, more experienced (or older, depending how you parse it), and more technically skilled than any previous heavyweight pairing," adding to the overall spectacle.

The high stakes of this weekend's encounter were evident at the weigh-in, with the two stars both looking pretty close to their physical peaks. Fury in particular appears to have trained with a mindset this could go the full 12 rounds.
