So who is Lady Tilley Arnold?
While Benedict has been running away from all the current suitors and mamas, there is someone who caught his eye. While learning more about the invention of the hot air balloon in episode 3, Benedict ran into Lady Tilley Arnold. She is the only person in the tent who sees the vision of what it can do in the future, surprising all the men in there.
They really get to know each other at the Innovations Ball where Benedict seeks her out and the two also dance. She later notes to him when he visits her in her home that she is not looking to be courted, but is mostly just interested in sex. The two of them start a sexual relationship but it remains to be seen if it'll be something more.
