The Washington men’s crew bid adieu to its longtime conference home Sunday in grand fashion, winning the program’s 41st league title at the Pac-12 men’s rowing championships at Lake Natoma in Gold River, Calif.

The Huskies won the varsity eight, second varsity eight, third varsity eight and the varsity four finals to regain the crown for the first time since 2021, in what was the final Pac-12 championship regatta prior to the departure of UW to the Big Ten Conference next school year.

Washington finished with 72 team points, ahead of Cal’s 65. Oregon State was third (47 points) while Stanford (42) finished in fourth place.

The UW women also made the podium in the Pac-12 women’s rowing championships, finishing third by the closest of margins, half a point behind second-place California. Stanford won its third straight women’s title.

Next up are the two national championship regattas, both May 31-June 2. The women will compete at NCAAs in Cincinnati, while the men travel to the IRA National Championships in New Jersey.
