UFC On ESPN+ 1 Preview: Stats, Facts And Numbers For Tonight's Henry Cejudo Vs. T.J. Dillashaw Fight

Henry Cejudo puts his UFC flyweight title on the line tonight against bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw in the UFC’s first fight card of 2019.  The battle headlines UFC on ESPN+ 1. 

UFC on ESPN+ 1 takes place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Here are some stats, facts and numbers to prepare you for the main event battle. 

Recent Pay:

Cejudo’s most recent disclosed pay was $100,000 (flat) for his UFC 227 split-decision win over Demetrious Johnson. Cejudo won the UFC flyweight title in that fight.

Dillashaw’s most recent disclosed pay was $350,000 (flat) for his UFC 227 knockout win over Cody Garbrandt. Dillashaw successfully defended his bantamweight title in that fight.

Neither champion has fought since UFC 227, which took place in August.

Fight Night Bonuses:

Cejudo has won two fight-night bonus awards for a total of $100,000. Those bonuses have come in two of his past three fights. 

Dillashaw has won eight fight-night bonus awards for a total of $400,000. He has won “Performance of the Night” awards in his two most recent bouts and won four bonuses in a row between May 2014 and January 2016. 

Pay-Per-View Numbers:

Cejudo has not headlined a PPV event.

Dillashaw has headlined three PPV events for a total of 640,000 buys. The majority of those buys came at UFC 227, which had an estimated buyrate of 300,000.
