Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s dinner date was the healthiest! Here's what they ate

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are the most talked about couple in Bollywood these days. From secret dates to a possible wedding on the cards and taking holidays together, the couple is spending a lot of time together, but the only difference is they are doing it the healthy way!

Not just that, they also share their health secrets with their celeb friends. Naturally, their shared love for eating healthy was to brush off on each another as well.
The couple, who will be seen in the film Brahmastra enjoyed some nice quality time with each other on Valentine’s Day. They enjoyed a private dinner which featured a lot of indulgent and nutritious food prepared by Ranbir's personal cook, Harsh Dixit.
On the menu were some healthy items which included zero sugar and some aphrodisiacs as well. The three-course menu featured a variety of selections like avocado, red chillies, cinnamon, garlic, salmon which are not just healthy but considered to be great aphrodisiacs (love food). As for the sweet, the chef opted to serve them something with very less added sugar and gave them dessert options like chocolates, cherries, vanilla. This made for a perfect Valentine's Day date!
Harsh shared a photo on his Instagram account of the couple enjoying their dinner meal. Alia, who is on the Keto diet, also had a happy dinner date without ruining her diet plan. He shared this photo and wrote,

Earlier, rumours surfaced that Alia had turned dietician for Ranbir and took care of all his meals. She also surprised him on his birthday in September last year by baking him the most delicious cake! Take a look for yourself!

Ranbir, who is a big foodie himself, trusts his cook completely and lets him decide the meals for him, even when he is on outdoor shoots. Chef Harsh Dixit also enjoys a huge fanbase among other celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Arjun Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez, who are also his clients.

In an interview with a website sometime back, Harsh actually shared a few details about how Ranbir manages to stay healthy despite having a busy schedule. He talked about how Ranbir made the change when he moved out of his family home and was tired of eating takeout meals. He decided to put Harsh in charge of his home. Harsh also shared that he plans his meals keeping in mind his workout and the look he needs to get for his movies.
"I also keep in mind how his day is like if he is shooting outdoors all day then I plan his meals accordingly, meals that are easier to eat and also per his day. The calories are kept in mind as per the calories he’s burning. Like in Brahmastra, his look is lean and then the next movie he will be sharing space with Sanjay Dutt in Shamshera, so he has to look bulkier so his nutrition composition will also change."

What's more, you ask? Since Alia's on the Keto diet, Harsh personally paid attention to what she ate daily and trained her home chef to cook some healthy and yummy meals!
"Alia was following a strict ketogenic diet so I cooked her meals too. Post that I trained Alia’s home cook and trained her with some specific ketogenic recipes that she liked."
