'Fortnite': How And Where To Unlock The Prisoner Skin Stage 4

This article is more than 5 years old.

The earth was cracking and the Prisoner could feel it. What had started as small rumbles deep beneath Dusty Divot were now rupturing the ground at Tomato Temple, and the Prisoner felt himself drawn to its raw power. He had shed his shackles by a small campfire in the desert, unlocked his chains with a stolen key in a frozen tower. Now all that was left was to get of the stupid hat he insisted on wearing, plus get a bit more fiery for good measure. The earthquake provided the ritual site he needed to complete his transformation, and so he made his way to Wailing Woods. Read on for how to unlock Stage 4 of the Prisoner Skin in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

We first saw this site in a leaked loading screen earlier in the week, but a high angle didn't provide a lot of information about where exactly this was going to go down. It appeared this morning in the midst of the continuing Earthquake, however, and now we have a chance to unlock the fourth and--possibly--final stage of the Prisoner's transformation. Here's where you're going to need to go:

You're going right in the middle of that ridge there, it should be easy to spot from the air. Here's what it looks like on the ground, complete with me and another prisoner fighting it out. Don't worry, we both seemed to unlock stage 4:

All you have to do is land in that circle and wait for a second: the fires in the braziers will light up and you'll finally get rid of that stupid hat.

And that's the Prisoner Skin stage 4, which is by far the best permutation of the skin with the possible exception of Stage 1. He is now well on his way towards reclaiming the mantle of the Fire King, though it's yet to be seen what he has in store for the map for the end of the season. Something isn't quite finished here, but we have a little less than two weeks to figure out what it is.
