Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time.
We don't know if you are pregnant. You will need to take a test. If you are late, a test will be accurate by now.

We can't offer a percentage of risk, only that your risk is low since it was pre-ejaculate.
A pregnancy test is 99%+ accurate. If you are concerned, take a test as it would be accurate by now. A website cannot answer if you are pregnant but a test can. That is what they are for.
