Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger Color-Coordinated for Their Red Carpet Debut

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have been together since last summer, and now that they’re engaged, it’s time to take their relationship to the next level. (In Hollywood, the next level is the red carpet.)

His Avengers: Endgame movie is finally coming out Friday and everyone will get to see if Brie Larson sings her 2005 bop “She Said” while fighting that Thanos villain. It’s unlikely, but I can dream. Anyway, to celebrate the big occasion, Chris and Katherine color-coordinated and walked the red carpet together.

Katherine wore a one-shoulder silver-and-gray gown with a hint of a train in the back and accessorized it with some hoop earrings and the gigantic engagement ring that Chris gave her in January. Chris kept it simple in a black suit and white shirt, but he matched his silver tie and pocket square with Katherine’s look in case anyone forgot they’re an item.

While he was walking down the carpet, Chris stopped to answer a few questions about how the wedding planning is going and said, “I’m up to about my neck, you know [in wedding plans]. That’s pretty deep. That’s up to about 5-foot-something. I’m in it, baby, I’m in it. It’s good. It’s a good time!” This is clearly a change of pace for the dude who once said he “barely” had any time to help his fiancée with all the ceremony details.

According to a People source, Chris and Katherine are trying to plan a religious wedding ceremony, just like their fellow celebs Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin. In January, the source said, “They’re going to want a religious wedding. I know that Chris does, and I assume that she does too. God is going to be a part of this marriage.”

The wedding is supposedly happening this fall, so let’s hope Chris doesn’t ghost on helping Katherine with the wedding like his character ghosts (er, dies) in Avengers: Infinity War!
