One of the year’s most anticipated hotel openings in Asia, the 27-story property features interiors by renowned interior designer André Fu. Signature design elements throughout the luxurious and inviting spaces incorporate artisanal details as an homage to the rich culture of the city. The décor features wood flooring and accents that are infused with an understated Asian sensibility.

Amenities of the hotel include an expansive outdoor verandah, heated swimming pool and poolside bar as well as a health club with a spa treatment room. Of course, the St. Regis’ signature butler service is offered at the property.

The hotel features four food & beverage outlets including L’Envol by award-winning chef Olivier Elzer. Here, guests dine on French haute cuisine in a main dining room and intimate private dining salon. With 20 years of experience, Elzer is one of the top French chefs in Hong Kong---with a combined 24 Michelin stars to his experience. The signature Cantonese restaurant, Rùn, is led by renowned chef Hung Chi-Kwong. Its menu features innovative seasonal dishes.

During the day, the Drawing Room serves all-day dining including a reimagined Afternoon Tea experience with views of the Terrace, while the St. Regis Bar has a wide selection of bespoke cocktails skillfully crafted by expert mixologists as well as an impressive wine list, featuring more than 800 wine labels and 100 champagnes. The signature St. Regis cocktail, the Bloody Mary, has an intriguing new twist here, as it uses a delicious mix of exotic Cantonese ingredients, and aptly named the "Canton Mary". The St. Regis Bar offers live jazz music during the evening.
