Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh found himself at the center of another sexual misconduct allegation after a New York Times report was published this Saturday. The article is an adaptation from Times reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly’s upcoming book, The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation. In the article, Pogrebin and Kelly reveal that one of Kavanaugh's former Yale classmates, Max Stier, previously told the FBI that he "saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student."

The FBI did not investigate the allegation, but Pogrebin and Kelly report that they were able to corroborate the story with two officials who have communicated with Stier.

The Times report also touched on the allegation previously made by another Yale classmate, Deborah Ramirez, the second woman to publicly accuse Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct during his Supreme Court confirmation proceedings. Ramirez says that while at Yale, Kavanaugh "pulled down his pants and thrust his penis at her, prompting her to swat it away and inadvertently touch it." (The first woman to come forward with an allegation was Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who said Kavanaugh attempted to sexually assault her at a party in high school.)

"At least seven people, including Ms. Ramirez’s mother, heard about the Yale incident long before Mr. Kavanaugh was a federal judge," the report reads. "Two of those people were classmates who learned of it just days after the party occurred, suggesting that it was discussed among students at the time."

Pogrebin and Kelly also wrote that Ramirez’s legal team gave the F.B.I. a list of at least 25 people who may have had corroborating evidence, but the F.B.I. interviewed none of them, even those who tried to reach the F.B.I. on their own.

In light of the news—and the fact that Kavanaugh was confirmed to the Supreme Court last year, despite the allegations—the hashtags #ImpeachKavanaugh and #KavanaughLied were trending over the weekend. A number of 2020 Democratic presidential candidates have called for his impeachment, including Kamala Harris, Julián Castro, Elizabeth Warren, Beto O'Rourke, and Cory Booker.

Bernie Sanders similarly tweeted that he supports "any appropriate constitutional mechanism to hold him accountable."

Amy Klobuchar spoke to ABC about her thoughts on impeachment, saying, "I strongly opposed him based on his views on executive power, which will continue to haunt our country, as well as how he behaved, including the allegations that we are hearing more about today. My concern here is that the process was a sham. I don’t think you can look at impeachment hearings without getting the documents. The House would have to get the documents, and the Attorney General is shielding documents."

President Trump, who nominated Kavanaugh and supported him throughout the previous allegations, tweeted in defense of Kavanaugh on Sunday:
