• Kendall Jenner dyed her signature chocolate-brown hair blonde. Yes, really!
  • Kendall debuted the new dye job at Burberry’s spring 2020 runway show during London Fashion Week.

Wow, so just when we thought Kendall Jenner was going to be saying sayonara to fall Fashion Week this year, she surprised us with not one but two major moves: (1) actually walking in a show, despite previously stating that she sometimes prefers not to, and (2) casually dyeing her signature brown hair blonde when no one was looking. Yes, y’all— Kendall has officially become a member of the Blonde Babe Club! We’ve been (not so) patiently waiting on you, Kenny.

Kendall debuted the surfer-girl sandy blonde while walking in Burberry’s spring 2020 runway show during London Fashion Week, and it looks so good, I’m gagging. It’s not a bright platinum blonde like her sisters Kim Kardashian or Kylie Jenner. No, this blonde right here is uniquely Kendall’s—the color starts off like highlights and mingles with her dark roots before extending down the full length of her hair. For the show, the hairstylist gave her a simple part down the middle, slicked her hair down with a little bit of product, and tucked it behind her ears. And honestly, it’s a lewk! Just last week, Kendall still had her shiny chocolate-brown hair while she was in New York City:

The last time Kendall had any hair color remotely similar to this was in 2016 when she walked for Balmain at fall Fashion Week. Yes, it was a wig...but much like this current style, the wig’s dark roots were exposed and faded into a blonde and it was decorated with very loose curls.

Of course, there’s still a little thought in my mind that Kendall’s new blonde hair is somehow fake (can you blame me?), but given the fact that her scalp is fully visible in that middle part and there’s no product buildup from a hair color spray...I’m thinking she really made the plunge. So with that being said, welcome to the blonde club, Kendall!
