No18 Readies Gourmet Breakfast And Lunch Offerings For Members Of Their Luxe Coworking Space In Atlanta

This article is more than 4 years old.

Upon stepping into No18’s new Buckhead location, which serves as the brand’s first in the United States, it’s clear that this isn’t your ordinary coworking space. Instead of lackluster white walls and uninspired decor, the space is artfully designed, giving off hotel lobby chic.

Described as “a cosmopolitan members’ club meets co-working space,” No18 boasts a members-only breakfast and lunch menu that is just as carefully curated as the decor. Created by Desmon Short, No18’s Atlanta Resident Chef, the breakfast menu offers dishes that are crafted using both local and seasonal ingredients. Additionally, the bistro experience was designed by and is maintained by Infuse Hospitality, which was founded in 2016.

“We will be a scratch kitchen,” Desmon Short said at a media preview for No18. “[We'll create] our own butters. We'll have fresh bread. We'll have breakfast and lunch everyday. Quarterly, we'll offer some dinners to kinda keep the program fresh. We are a wellness area...It's great food that just happens to be good for you. It'll be international, so we'll take you all over Europe and bring you back to Georgia.”

From hearty to healthy, breakfast provides a variety of options for those ready to indulge in the day’s first meal. On the lighter end, there’s the Quinoa Salad, a medley of roasted vegetables, cauliflower, tri quinoa, charred grapes and an olive oil emulsion. Prefer your breakfast in beverage form? No18 offers a rotating assortment of smoothies, as well.

A sweet potato biscuit with cayenne maple butter and a chicken hash with cured chicken sausage, oven dried tomatoes, spinach, caviar rice, poached egg and scallion oil, serve as the heartier picks. Additional items on the breakfast menu include Salmon Croquette, Avocado Toast and Muesli.

On the lunch end, a daily rotating buffet will include broken lasagna, grilled prawns, chicken scallopini, broiled salmon, fresh cannolis and a selection of other dishes. And once it’s time to logoff that conference call or shut down your laptop, No18 offers members mocktinis, cocktails and wine.

Among the cocktails that can be found on the cocktail menu are the Americano and Puccini. A classic sip, the Americano combines Campari, sweet vermouth and Pellegrino, and is topped with a candied orange peel. The Puccini on the other hand,  is a refreshing blend of Prosecco, mandarin orange and mint.

No18 currently has two locations in Stockholm, and is set to open spaces in Chicago, Berlin, Geneva, London, Singapore and more. No18 can be reached directly to inquire about membership.
