This week, 16-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg flexed her finesse for both combatting global warming—and throwing shade. Just a day after eyeing President Trump with a powerful stare at the UN Climate Summit, she incorporated his own trolling into her Twitter bio.

The Nobel Peace Prize nominee delivered an emotional address to climate leaders during Monday's summit, at which Trump spent 14 minutes and did not formally speak. He did, however, weigh in on Thunberg's persona on Twitter Tuesday, writing, "She seems like a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!" Thunberg responded to the sarcastic evaluation of herself by quietly changing her Twitter bio to read Trump's very words.

Soon after, #GretaThunbergOutdidTrump began trending on Twitter, with users reveling in the fact that the activist used Trump's words against her as a way to rebrand (and subtly troll).

Thunberg's American tour has also seen her attend the climate strike in New York City, speak before Congress, and meet with former President Obama. In the speech that Trump responded to, Thunberg told world leaders, "I shouldn't be up here. I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean. Yet you all come to us young people for hope? How dare you. You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your empty words."

When faced with "empty words" from President Trump, Thunberg knew exactly what to do with them—commandeer the message for her bio.
