'It is the college's responsibility to download the hall tickets and give a print of the hall tickets to the students. The hall tickets must be given free of cost to the students after getting the required stamp or signature of the principal. If the school finds any fault in the subjects or the medium of examination printed in the hall ticket of any student, it is their responsibility to get it corrected with the divisional board and issue the student, a correct hall ticket. For any mistakes in the photograph of the student, or the name, signature etc, the junior colleges or schools are empowered to correct the mistake and give it to the student with an appropriate stamp and signature from the Principal,' said the notification.
If a student misplaces or loses his or her hall ticket, he or she should be issued with a new print of the hall ticket with the word 'duplicate' written in red ink. In case of any problem with the photograph on the print of the hall ticket, a fresh photograph of the student must be pasted along with the stamp/signature of the principal, said Ashok Bhosale, secretary, MSBSHSE.
