TISS School of Vocational Education organizes it first graduation ceremony

AHMEDABAD: Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) - School of Vocational Education (SVE), organized its first graduation ceremony, wherein students were awarded degrees in the Bachelor of Vocational Education in sales and marketing management course. TISS-SVE through its Training Hub Partner, Vishrut Associates LLP, Ahmedabad, organized the ceremony, wherein students of 2016-19 batch were awarded degrees.
Students get the opportunity to work and earn as they undergo the three-year degree course, which is a work-integrated programme.
Retired IAS officer, Rajnikant Jadav - settlement commissioner; along with retired IPS officer, CR Parmar, additional DGP - inquiry and SRPF and Dr Suman Vaishnav, assistant professor in psychology, Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, were present at the graduation ceremony.
All officers present also present, emphasised on the need of skills in current times and also awarded Degrees to 8 students who graduated in the 2019 batch.
