Orlando Bloom has joked he has "finally dot it right" after correcting a recent tattoo he got of his son's name, which was supposed to be spelt out in Morse code.
Last week, the British actor on Instagram proudly showed off his new inking on his forearm of what was meant to read Flynn, along with his birth date and time - 0903, 6 January 2011.
But some fans spotted that the tattoo was missing a dot from the letter L, meaning it spelled Frynn.
The 43-year-old - who shares Flynn, 9, with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr - added: "How do you make a mistake like that? #pinterestfail (read the small print)."
Proving that the Lord of the Rings star had a sense of humour, he posted his updated tattoo on his Instagram along with a laughing emoji, and shared a photo of the Morse code alphabet to demonstrate how missing just one dot could cause such a blunder.
In the same post from Wednesday, Bloom also showed off another tattoo, of part of his dog's face and his name - Sidi - below the inking of his late pet, who died in 2016.
He added: "Fortunately I know how to spell Sidi. Forever my boy."

Bloom has been in a relationship with US singer Katy Perry since 2016, and they got engaged last year, but the couple are understood to be in no rush to get married as this will be second time around for both of them.
Bloom was married to Australian model Kerr, from 2010 to 2013, while Perry was married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012.
Kerr is now married to Snapchat co-founder and CEO, Evan Spiegel - and they share two sons together.
Bloom is not the first celebrity to make a mistake with a tattoo and have it corrected.
