Kaley Cuoco finally found a buyer for her sprawling Mediterranean-style villa—but the sale came at a cost. Cuoco, who first listed the Tarzana mansion for $6.9 million last May, recently sold the home for $3.95 million, Variety reports, a substantial loss given the $5.5 million she paid for it in early 2014. Still, Cuoco is likely happy to have the 7,977-square-foot home off her hands, given that she and husband Karl Cook recently moved into a newly built home in Hidden Hills.

Incidentally, the Big Bang Theory alumnus purchased the Tarzana home from another celebrity—none other than Khloe Kardashian—and its stunning interiors were featured in her designer Jeff Andrews’s book, The New Glamour, last spring. “I fell in love with the house but also everything that came with it,” Cuoco wrote in a foreword for the tome. “The interior decoration, the furniture, the art—I wanted it all!” The six-bedroom, six full- and three-half-bathroom dwelling opens onto a double-height rotunda entrance with an elegant wallpapered staircase. Just off the entryway is a formal living room with a marble-manteled fireplace and full-service wet bar with a whimsical bronze-and-leather sling seat suspended from the ceiling.

The chef’s kitchen boasts at least three different patterned wallpapers that line both the walls and the ceiling, and not one, but two marble-topped center islands, one of which has an attached breakfast bar. An adjacent breakfast nook features equestrian print Hermès wallpaper (Cuoco previously told People that when Andrews texted her about the print, her response was, “Um, yes!”).

Other rooms on the ground floor include a family room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and yet another wet bar; a screening room; and a laundry room. The master suite is ultra luxe, with its own fireplace, sitting area, and a private terrace accessible through a set of French doors. Patterned wallpaper in the master suite also adds an extra pop of texture and color to the room. (The guest bedrooms each boast their own mix of gold and silver wallpaper.) Out back, a large shaded dining ramada is steps away from an outdoor kitchen flanked by two large palm trees. There is also a swimming pool and spa, a large grassy green lawn, and a sunken fire pit.
