State Highway 84 remains closed from Fox Hill Road to state Highway 35 (Skyline Boulevard), with the estimated reopening expected about 2 p.m., the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said.
Motorists are advised to use other routes.
The road has been closed since Saturday evening, when a vehicle crash knocked down a utility pole, sending live power lines onto the roadway, near the Thornewood Preserve in unincorporated San Mateo County near Woodside, deputies said.
