Need Netflix suggestions for the holiday weekend? Kelly Ripa has you covered—with a show in which Mark Consuelos and other men are uncovered, if you know what I mean. Kingdom—the trying story of a retired MMA fighter—hit Netflix yesterday, July 1. And while the plot is enticing (seriously, it’s really good), Ripa provided the only preview you need via her latest Instagram post: a shirtless, sweaty Consuelos accompanied by his equally bare co-stars, Jonathan Tucker and Mac Brandt.

“KINGDOM is out on @netflix today!” Ripa captioned the post. “This show is brilliantly written, beautifully acted and jam packed with male nudity 🔥🔥🔥 you’ve been warned.”

Fans and friends loved the post (obviously), and promptly gushed over the guys. “Beefcake🔥❤️,” actress Debi Mazar commented. “@instasuelos have you measured your width?!?!?!?,” Kylie Bunbury of The Twilight Zone exclaimed (Ripa replied: 😁). Real Housewife Lisa Rinna even chimed in with just one word: “DADDY!!!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥”

All three of the actors commented too, thanking Kelly in some way for sharing the photo.

“I support your exploitation of us. Thank you,” Brandt joked. “You’re [a] dream, And I love your family,” Tucker added. Consuelos himself responded to his wife by sharing three flexing bicep emojis. The confidence is real.

Consuelos has also spent the last few days promoting the show on Instagram, sharing images of its leading men. “All seasons of Kingdom drop today on @netflix,” he wrote on July 1. “This show has everything including one of the best performances by @jonathanmtucker ..If you’re not familiar with him or this show ... please watch.”

“Love this show so much #daddy,” Ripa commented. “Grateful for your friendship, brother,” Tucker added.

Kingdom initially aired from 2014 to 2017 on the Audience Network. It stars Frank Grillo as Alvey Kulina, who, after retiring from his own fighting career, runs an MMA gym and trains others including his sons, played by Tucker and Nick Jonas. While shaping up, the family also faces major substance abuse, which threatens the business and of course, their relationships. Brandt and Consuelos play minor characters—Brandt, a nurse, friend, and drug supplier to the Kulinas, and Consuelos, an ex-fighter and friend of Alvey’s.
