Fact: Jessica Alba has been crushing the at-home workout game lately, and she usually brings her kids along for the ride. In fact, the L.A.'s Finest actress just shared some pics and a video on Instagram of her latest workout with her daughter, Honor, and it’s kinda-totally impossible to miss the fact that her abs are straight fire.

"Honorcita and I 💪🏽💦 getting our #fitness on," the 39-year-old mom of three captioned the post. "Posting this to remind myself to workout more consistently- creating healthy habits can be a struggle 😑... but it’s more fun/easy with a family member or friend." Jessica also added that she "basically uses working out as an excuse to learn or create a @tiktok dance, because I get hella sweaty and my body needs the warm up 🤫before I make any sudden moves these days."

In the pics—which apparently Honor shot—Jessica can be seen doing all kinds of squats and abs exercises with a resistance band and medicine ball. And, in the video, Jessica and Honor crush the #UnoDosTres TikTok challenge.

It’s really sweet and inspiring to see Jessica and Honor working out together, but everyone needs to take a moment to talk about her abs—oh wait, they already did in the comments section. "So fit 💪🏼," one person wrote. "My motivation ❤️," another said.

Of course, Jessica didn’t get those abs by accident. She previously told Women's Health that she's big on taking dance classes, which work your core. "That's fun. Like hip-hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises," the Honest Beauty founder explained.

And this isn’t Jessica’s first time talking up the perks of working out with a buddy. "I really like taking group classes, or I like to work out with friends," she previously told Byrdie. "I'll always work out with a friend because it's more fun."

Jessica also goes pretty hard at the gym. She’s shared on Instagram that she's had days where she's worked out twice in one day—and even three times. "Man it was hard, but oh so good," she wrote after her three-a-day experience.

Jessica also told People in the past that it’s her mission to be as healthy as possible. "As I've gotten older and after I became a mom, it became more of a priority to be healthy for the right reasons," she said. "It's more important to have a balanced approach instead of trying to be perfect."

Clearly, this approach is working for her!
