It was last summer when we couldn't help but notice that a very particular nail style — the French manicure — was suddenly popping up all over celebrity fingertips. And it wasn't just bold, colorful, out-of-the-box takes on the look; it was the classic pale pink base and white tips that so many of us thought had been all but retired. But it's hard to make that argument when you see it on celebrities like Beyoncé, Ashley Graham, and Bella Hadid. And now, Jessica Alba has hopped on the bandwagon.

On Friday, July 3, Alba shared a photo to her Instagram Stories of her hand with an absolutely pristine, new French manicure. The moderate-length nails have been filed into a chic, modern oval, and the white tips perfectly follow the curvature of the shape. "This French thanks to @nailsbydiem xo 😘," Alba wrote, shouting out her manicurist, who also shared the photo on her own Instagram Stories.

While Alba may have visited a professional nail artist for her new French manicure, she took it upon herself to give her daughter, Haven, an at-home manicure. In the clips that followed the close-up of her own mani, she shared a spread of nail-care tools and products, overlayed with the words, "Imma do Havie boo nails." She thanks Sundays, and in the next clip shows what appears to be one of the brand's Wellness Gift Boxes, which comes with five personally-picked nail polish colors.

Although Alba didn't share the results of Haven's manicure, knowing how lovely Sundays' polishes are, we have. feeling it came out just as nicely as her own new mani.
