Things are happening fast for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, who sold off their Beverly Hills home shortly after listing it for $23.95 million in August. It wasn’t long after that that the superstar couple secured a newly built $17.5 million mansion in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills. Set on a knoll overlooking the city, the 10,700-square-foot JB Builders-developed property boasts a sleek, modern design, with 24-foot-tall ceilings and sliding glass walls. A 6,600-square-foot landscaped motor court fronts the home and opens onto a sun-drenched entryway framed by a glass-lined staircase. The main living area comprises a formal dining area and a more casual family room separated by a double-sided, floor-to-ceiling fireplace. An enviable gourmet kitchen is perfect for Teigen’s culinary exploits, with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, two pristine center islands and a polished marble reflective wall. In fact, bespoke marble and wood details abound throughout the home.
There are a total of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, but the upstairs main suite is undoubtedly a highlight. Situated at the end of a 30-foot interior bridge, the suite boasts suede panel walls, a modern fireplace, 12-foot-wide oak plank floors, and glass pocket doors that open onto a private, shaded balcony with infrared heaters. There are dual walk-in closets and baths with LED-anti-steam electric mirrors. Other rooms include a stylish office with walnut floating shelves, a 500-square-foot home theater with stadium seating, a bar and lounge with mahogany accents, and a 300-bottle, temperature-controlled wine cellar. Out back, there’s a 100-foot saltwater infinity pool, a sunken fire pit, and a pool house.

Teigen often shares peeks into the couple’s home life. Recently, she posted a handful of snapshots from the rental home they've been staying in while their new place was in escrow, wherein she discussed a project with Legend and interior designer Jake Arnold while reclining in bed.
