Major League Baseball on Sunday night announced the start times and the television schedule for the first two games of the American League wild card round, including the series between the No. 2 seed A’s and seventh-seeded Chicago White Sox at the Oakland Coliseum this week.

Game 1 of the best-of-three series will be Tuesday afternoon at noon (PT), and Game 2 will be Wednesday at noon. The start time for Thursday’s Game 3, if necessary, is also at noon. The first two games of the series will be shown on ESPN. A possible Game 3 will be shown on either ESPN.

The A’s (36-24) clinched the No. 2 seed Sunday, as they beat the Seattle Mariners 6-2 and the Minnesota Twins lost to the Cincinnati Reds to fall to the No. 3 seed.
