National Security advisory board presents strict exit strategy

Adir Yanko|
The National Security Agency advisory board on Tuesday presented the government with their recommendations for a gradual exit from the lockdown.
The plan would see kindergartens and 1st-3rd grades return when the daily coronavirus cases reach no more than 2,000 people, and markets, malls and shops reopening only after morbidity reaches no more than 1,000 daily cases.
Additional non-essential businesses should remain closed until daily morbidity is at 400 cases, and restaurants and entertainment venues only after there are no more than 100 new daily cases.
