Jennifer Aniston may want to give Ryan Seacrest a call. At the Golden Globes earlier this year, the Friends star revealed that she’s “always coveted” the Beverly Hills compound the veteran talk show host bought from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012, and he has now put it up for sale. (AD visited the home during Degeneres’s ownership in 2011.)
According to TMZ, the estate is currently on the market for $85 million, a substantial increase from the $39 million Seacrest paid for it. The outlet reports that Will & Grace creator Max Mutchnick, whom DeGeneres bought the mansion from in 2007, reached out to Seacrest after his purchase with an offer to help redo the property the way he’d intended but never had a chance to. At present, there are a total of five structures on the grounds, including a one-story, 9,000-square-foot main house with four bedrooms and six bathrooms; two guest houses; and a separate three-bedroom home. There are water features and gardens sprinkled throughout the more than three-acre property.

The main house boasts 22-foot-high ceilings with wood-beam accents, a movie theater, a world-class gym, and a spa. A wall of sliding glass doors help with the flow from the great room to an expansive covered back patio. The eat-in kitchen is colorful and cozy, with forest green cabinetry and a dining nook with a matching green built-in banquette and a red brick wall. The main suite has its own meditation garden, and a clear blue pool out back is ideal for taking a quick dip.
Seacrest’s listing doesn’t mean he’s leaving Los Angeles. Though his Live! With Kelly & Ryan hosting gig means he spends part of his time in New York, he also hosts American Idol on the West Coast.
