As we get ready to close the door on this bizarre year, Spotify is taking one last glance back at 2020—and the music and podcasts that helped us through it.

The annual wrap-up—available to everyone, Spotify user or not—has gone full 2020 with a slate of new features, including quizzes, badges, and personalized playlists. Test your skills by predicting your most-streamed content this year, follow your top song's journey through the year (from its first stream to its 100th), and uncover the most binge-worthy podcast of 2020.

Premium users can also earn badges for being a trendsetter, musical pioneer, or song hoarder. And inside the Spotify app, you can get a look at your personalized #SpotifyWrapped for 2020 by tapping Search and scrolling down to 2020 Wrapped. Then, tap "See how you listened in 2020," which will open a Stories-like view of your 2020 listening habits.

"As usual, this year's Wrapped is full of insights on the artists, songs, genres, and podcasts that defined your listening in 2020," a company blog post said. "And it's created from data unique to each and every listener."

For those who aren't already sick of the same tunes you've heard all year, Spotify has compiled personalized playlists, from Your Top Songs to Missed Hits—2020 releases you didn't listen to, but are similar to the ones you did. The On Record mixed media experience, meanwhile, highlights your favorite artists of the year. The best part: You don't have to be a Spotify subscriber to tap into the latest global listening trends. For the first time ever, the firm is opening Wrapped to non-users, inviting everyone to join the conversation about our year in streaming.

A year that was dominated by musicians of color—most notably Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, who was crowned the most-streamed artist of 2020, with his album YHLQMDLG topping 3.3 billion streams in 12 months. Drake, Latin star J Balvin, late rapper Juice WRLD, and The Weeknd fill out the top five. Spotify also noticed an uptick in nostalgia- and work-from-home-themed playlists as people created the perfect set of songs for DIY haircuts, gardening, and cleaning. So open the Spotify iOS or Android app to "see how you listened in 2020," share your musical journey with family and friends, and relive the tracks that helped you get through the year.
