A penthouse at the One Hyde Park project in London’s upscale Knightsbridge district is being offered for sale for 175 million pounds ($241 million), according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
Entrepreneur Nick Candy confirmed he is seeking a buyer for the home following a “huge surge” in demand for London’s best homes. He declined to comment on the price he’s seeking.
