Between their careers and becoming parents, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have a lot going on, so it was not too surprising when the “California Gurls” singer put her Beverly Hills home up for sale in October of last year. It’s reportedly down the street from her main residence in the same gated community, and she previously used it as a guesthouse.

As of recently, she no longer has to keep up both places, as Dirt reports that she was able to sell her four-bedroom mansion for $7.475 million. She originally bought it in 2018 for $7.5 million, meaning she didn’t make a profit on the property, but came close to at least breaking even.

Built in 1960, the space totals 4,410 square feet, spans two stories, and includes a stunning outdoor patio area. It’s located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the star-studded Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood with A-list residents including Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Kidman, and others nearby.

With such esteemed company, you’d better believe the home lives up to its prestige. A few standout amenities are the designer appliances, walk-in closets, and spa-style bathroom featuring a deep-soak tub alongside a steam shower. The fourth bedroom could have been where Perry made music magic happen, as it was converted into a casual recording studio. A set of French doors in the dwelling opens up to the gardens and leads to a circular swimming pool that looks like a giant hot tub.

In addition to their place nearby, Perry and Bloom own a Mediterranean-style place in Montecito, California, which they purchased for $14.2 million in 2020.
