No Honeymoon During The Pandemic? Sandals Is Giving 30 Couples A Caribbean Honeymoon Do-Over

This article is more than 2 years old.

Despite the Covid pandemic, many brides and grooms still went ahead with tiny-scaled weddings but they had to put their dream honeymoons on hold. So, Sandals Resorts is giving away honeymoon trips to their 15 romantic Caribbean resorts to 30 couples in their new Honeymoon Do-Over sweepstakes.

The Honeymoon Do-Over prize

Thirty couples will win a seven-day, six-night honeymoon stay at the luxury all-inclusive Sandals Resort of their choice. Plus, four of those couples will get to stay in an exquisite Love Nest Butler Suite.

Honeymooners can choose from Sandals’ 15 all-inclusive beach resorts in the Caribbean.

There are six Sandals Resorts in Jamaica, including the very first one, Sandals Montego Bay, plus Sandals Royal Caribbean with its over-water suites. Saint Lucia has three Sandals, two in Castries and one isolated on its own beachfront peninsula. The Bahamas has a European-style Sandals in Nassau plus the secluded Sandals Emerald Bay on the island of Great Exuma. Barbados also has two Sandals Resorts, both in the St. Lawrence Gap area. Sandals Grande Antigua has the most luxurious accommodations on the whole island. And the new Sandals Grenada sits on the Spice Island’s Pink Gin Beach. Choosing will be a challenge!

As with all Sandals vacations, almost everything on-resort is included. That includes unlimited meals with Sandals’ Five-Star Global Gourmet program (there are as many as 16 restaurants at every resort), unlimited drinks (including premium spirits), land and water sports (including PADI scuba diving), entertainment, and more, plus airport transfers and even green fees for golf at some resorts.

Sandals’ contest open from June 15 to July 14, 2021

Sandals Resorts is giving away one honeymoon trip every day beginning June 15 and ending July 14, 2021. The faster you enter the greater chance you have of winning.

You can enter the contest yourself—or nominate a deserving couple—on Sandals’ website. You need to explain, in 400 characters or less, why the couple wasn’t able to celebrate their honeymoon as imagined in 2020 and why they deserve a honeymoon do-over, and then upload a photo.

The contest is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada (although not residents of Quebec). The prize does not include airfare; see the contest rules for more details.
