If you follow basketball, you may have heard about the ongoing issue between the Philadelphia 76ers and one of their players, Ben Simmons. Earlier this year, it became public that the team was considering trading the 25-year-old point guard, and even though he ultimately stayed with the team, there’s been a sort of public rift brewing ever since. Most recently, Simmons was suspended from playing in the season opener after a disagreement during practice.

All signs seem to point to Simmons’ desire to leave the team, including his recent real estate transactions. Earlier this month, he listed a Philadelphia apartment for $3.1 million, and back in June, the former flame of Kendall Jenner picked up a $17.5 million, brand-new farmhouse-style dwelling in Hidden Hills, California. Now, AD can confirm that Simmons has listed a five bedroom, five full and one half bathroom mansion in Moorestown, New Jersey—about a 40 minute drive from where the 76ers play—for $5 million.

The kitchen is mostly black and white but features one wall of oak-colored cabinetry.

Build in 2019, the residence has a white exterior and French front doors that open to a grand foyer. The decor as seen in the listing photos was done by Philadelphia-based interior design firm Widell and Boschetti, and largely features a black and white color scheme with plenty of fun patterns. The main living space is open-concept, with an open upstairs hallway looking down upon the high ceilinged living room and a kitchen with black cabinetry, black tiled walls, open shelving, and unique mitered cambria quartz countertops that almost look like they have a zebra striped pattern at first glance. Tucked away off of this is a large dining area with banquette seating that puts most breakfast nooks to shame.

Amenities in the home include a wine wall, dry bar, and wet bar in the formal dining room, a large basement complete with an aquarium, a private game room, and even a dedicated candy room. The listing (held by Juliet Cordeiro of Compass) states that there is a dedicated dog area and kids’ play area on the property, and though the home does not have a pool, it does have large driveway with a basketball net that is perfect for shooting hoops.
