The Pompeii archaeological park plans to limit the number of visitors to 20,000 a day and introduce personalized tickets in a bid to cope with over-tourism and protect the world heritage site

The rule defines a significant delay as more than three hours for a domestic trip and six hours for international. The time limits apply to both scheduled departures and arrivals.
